Clarke Cross is a side-opening double sofa bed with a transverse sleeping surface, available as a 3-seater linear model in two size options. Fully disassemblable and with a removable cover, it can be upholstered in fabric, leather or faux leather, all customisable in a wide colour selection.
Designed by Milano Bedding, Clarke Cross is the ideal solution for creating a stylish living area even when the available space is limited. The transformation from sofa to bed is achieved with a convenient side-tilt mechanism, allowing for a quick setup without needing to remove any cushions. This innovative mechanism creates a 160x190 or 160x200 cm double bed while taking up less depth when open than traditional front-opening sofa beds.
A perfect balance of aesthetics and function, Clarke Cross is characterised by its lived-in yet refined look. The elegant shabby chic style is enriched with delicate ruffle detailing and visible stitching that trace the contours of the slim armrests, low backrest and single-seat cushion. Mattress
The sofa bed includes a mattress in resilient polyurethane foam, 12 cm thick. As an alternative, several other models with pocket springs, memory or latex are also available. Consult the Milano Bedding Mattresses Guide and choose the one more suitable for you.
Cover
Fabric, faux-leather and leather in several colours. The sofa cover is completely removable and washable according to the specifications of each single cover.

Mechanism or structure: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopaedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Opening and closing operations with one single movement. Alternative sleeping deck.
Standard mattress: expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m³ covered on both sides with 100% cotton fabric quilted with 100% polyester fiber 400 g/m² and nonwoven.
Frame: armrests and headboard: particle wood. Front panel: multilayer fir.
Padding:
Seat: expanded polyurethane foam 35 kg/m³ + needle-punched thermo-fixed fiber 400 g/m² covered with interliner combined with PL fibre 200 g/m² and 2.5 mm. Quilted interliner.
Back: expanded polyurethane foam 18 kg/m³ covered with interliner combined with PL fibre 300 g/msup2;.
Frame: expanded polyurethane foam 30 kg/m³, covered with interliner combined with 200 g/m² PL fibre.
