Kirk

Kirk is a 3-seater sofa with a single seat cushion, comfortable and with removable covers, born from the exclusive collaboration between Milano Bedding and internationally renowned artist Karim Rashid. The high-end upholstered piece is available in two sizes and can be customised in a wide range of fabrics, leather, and faux leather finishes suiting the style of a contemporary living area.
Presented at the Salone del Mobile 2026, Kirk is one of the latest additions to the upholstered furniture collection of the Brianza-based brand, which enlisted the Egyptian designer to create an iconic and futuristic lounge sofa. During the design process, Rashid drew inspiration from the energy of jazz musician Rahsaan Roland Kirk, who throughout his brilliant career masterfully combined composition, virtuosity, and improvisation in perfect balance.
In the same way, Kirk merges extreme functionality with a refined and at times playful aesthetic. Maintaining the sensual minimalism that defines the celebrated designer’s style, the sofa features organic shapes and fluid lines free from rigid angles. This visual and tactile comfort translates into a welcoming and cosy upholstered piece, equipped with a spacious single seat and large movable back cushions, as well as a coloured profile that seamlessly connects the armrests and backrest in an elegant continuous line.

For added practicality, the Kirk sofa features completely removable covers and is delivered disassembled to facilitate transport.

Upholstery
Kirk is available in fabric, faux leather, and leather in all the colours featured in the Milano Bedding sample collection.
The sofa has removable covers and can be cleaned according to the care instructions specified for each upholstery material.
